Letter/email to Vet Requested
My son, Ken Vaughn (email: Vaughnkj@aol.com) was selected to serve as a guardian for the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight out of Green Bay Wisconsin on Oct 5th. He will be escorting a Vietnam Veteran (9/18/72 to 4/1/75) for a trip to Washington DC. The Veteran’s name is Kenneth Juza who is 70 years old and served as a USAF A1C. My son has been asked to gather letters for the veteran he will be with to be given to the veteran on the plane for “mail call”. If you would considering emailing my son a short note of appreciation to Mr. Juza, he will put each in separate envelope and provide them to the veteran on the flight. Appreciate your consideration for this worthwhile exercise. “
