2018 Election Information

The club's Board of Directors (BOD) election is coming up on 14 October 2018.  Nominations for BOD positions opened 1 August 2018.  The nomination form is the button to the left.


Remember nominations will close on 1 September 2018, so be sure to get your selections in before then. And remember, you may nominate yourself for any office you may want to hold.

This page will be the main location to find out the latest details.


BOD positions you may submit nomination forms for:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Membership Director

  • Veterans Affairs Director

  • Webmaster

  • Special Events Coordinator Director

  • Public Relations Director

Important election dates:

  • The slate will be set by 16 September 2018.

  • Absentee ballots will be available 17 September 2018.

  • Absentee ballots will have to be received by the election committee by 9 October 2018. Absentee Ballots will be provided to registered members upon written request to the Election Committee, and must be submitted either by e-mail or U.S. mail back to the Election Committee Chairperson a minimum of five (5) days before the election date.
