Congratulations! We are extremely excited to inform you that Vets with Vettes and Corvette Owners has been selected as a featured charity in The U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s 12th annual Biergarten Stein and Dine on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

The whole team here at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center is looking forward to another fantastic year of our German Biergarten. As a valued charitable partner for the 2025 season, we'd love for you to help us spread the word about your special evening at Biergarten and encourage people in your network to come out and support your wonderful cause. We've attached a graphic you are welcome to use on your website and social media to help get the word out!

In addition to your organization being selected as a featured charity at Biergarten, we would also be delighted if you could have representatives available from your organization to give a brief 10–15-minute presentation during the event. This will be a fantastic opportunity to share more about your organization's mission and help our guests understand the meaningful impact of their donations.

To help you showcase your work, we'll provide an 8 ft. table with a black tablecloth where you can display your banners, brochures, and other information. We think this will be a great chance for everyone to learn more about the incredible things Vets with Vettes and Corvette Owners do.

We ask that your representatives arrive around 4:30 pm to get everything set up the evening of your event. We also request that you have representatives at your table throughout the event, which runs from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm, so you can connect with our guests.

At the Biergarten, we're passionate about giving back to our community. That's why we share 10% of our Food and Beverage proceeds for every dollar spent. And when our revenue reaches $10,000, that share increases to a generous 12%! So, every bite and sip our guests enjoy will directly contribute to the vital work of things Vets with Vettes and Corvette Owners. We truly believe in making a difference together, one enjoyable experience at a time!
