Fox Army Health Center Update

Greetings Fox Beneficiaries, Fox Army Health Center is updating our services provided as of 7 April 2020. We are making every effort possible to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and increase safety for our staff and patients. Fox beneficiaries are authorized access to the installation for medical care and prescriptions. In accordance with Department of Defense memorandum signed 5 April 2020, DoD Guidance on the Use of Cloth Face Coverings: Effective immediately, all individuals on DoD property installations, and facilities will wear cloth face coverings when they cannot maintain six feet of social distance in public areas or work centers. The following services are reduced until further notice:

 Wellness

 Optometry

 Physical Therapy

 Radiology Laboratory and Pharmacy are fully operational.

Beginning Friday, 10 April 2020, all refills and new prescriptions will be picked-up at the drive-thru pharmacy lines. There will be no internal pharmacy operations. See subsequent note later today for more details. Primary Care is reduced to acute appointments and military readiness only. If you need to speak with your primary care team regarding a non-acute issue, please send a secure message using Tricare Online Portal or Secure Messaging System and your primary care team will respond. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your understanding.
